What is the healthiest and worst sleeping position?
Ranked 01 Sleeping Position: Although it is not very common and only 8 % of the adult population sleep in this position, still sleeping on the back is the healthiest sleeping position. It rests your spine and entire body and put virtually no extra pressure on the body parts. Secondly, it is best for the avoidance of acid reflux as well. Just make sure to use a pillow that best suits to this sleeping position.

Ranked 02 Sleeping Position: Sleeping onside, the most common one keeps your air passages open and you can breath more freely, which keeps you fully oxygenated. This sleeping position is good for avoiding snoring as well. The one side effect is that you will make weaken your face skin, as it is continuously rubbing against the pillow.
Ranked 04 Sleeping Position: The fetal position is the most common sleeping position, especially the left side one. This keeps the gut healthy and avoids the acid reflux as well. This is not a suitable position for persons having joint pain and arthritis. This may put pressure on your diaphragm as well.
